Description
• Appearance:       Red surface with a pale brown moist interior.

Process
Fresh finely chopped pork trim is carefully blended with a special selection of spices. It is then filled into an ox bung natural casing, lightly smoked and cooked giving the product its distinctive appearance.

Shelf life
Six weeks on vacuum packaging provided the packaging is intact and the product is kept below 4°C. Once opened, the product should be consumed within five days.

Packaging
Vacuum packed in a food grade multi- layered shrink bag, random weights.

Cooking
This is a fully cooked product which can be consumed either hot or cold.

Ingredients
Meat (pork 78%), edible animal casing, salt, tapioca starch, soy protein isolate, sugar, mineral salt (450, 451, 452, 508), vegetable gum (407), flavours, flavour enhancers (631, 627), spices, dextrose, dehydrated vegetables, preservative (223). No gluten added.
