Description

Process
Using the finest quality pork trim, we add a special selection of herbs and spices. The final mixture is then filled into a collagen casing and blanched.

Shelf life
Six weeks on vacuum packaging provided the packaging is intact and the product is kept below 4°C. Once opened, the product should be consumed within five days.

Packaging
Vacuum packed in a food grade multi- layered shrink bag, 2.5kg unit.

Cooking
This is a blanched product and must be cooked. It is best served warm by lightly grilling.

Pork (86%min), edible collagen casing [collagen, glycerine, vegetable gum (460, 461, fat and oil)], tapioca starch, soy protein isolate, sugar, mineral salt (451, 508), vegetable gum (407), flavours, flavour enhancers (631, 627), spice extract (160), herbs and spices, salt, pepper, hydrolysed vegetable protein, colour (150d), dehydrated vegetables. No gluten added.
