Description

Process
Starting with the finest quality lamb trim, we add a special selection of herbs and spices. The final mixture is then filled into a collagen casing and blanched.

Shelf life
Six weeks on vacuum packaging provided the packaging is intact and the product is kept below 4°C. Once opened, the product should be consumed within five days.

Packaging
Vacuum packed in a food grade multi- layered shrink bag, 2.5kg unit.

Cooking
This is a blanched product and must be cooked. It is best served warm by lightly grilling.

Meat (73% min), edible collagen casing (collagen, glycerine, vegetable gums (460, 461), fat and oil), soy protein, tapioca starch, salt, mineral salts (451, 508), preservative (223), hydrolysed vegetable protein, herbs and spices, sugar, vegetable gum (407), flavours, flavour enhancers (631, 627). No gluten added.
