First we start with the fresh pork trim. This trim is then blended with a selection of spices and chopped into a coarse mixture, where it is filled into a natural casing. It is then smoked to give it the natural brown smoked colour.
Six weeks provided the shrink wrap packing is kept intact and the product is stored under 4°C. Once opened, product should be consumed within five days.
Vacuum packed in a food grade multi- layered shrink bag. Approx 1kg and 2kg Units.
This is a fully cooked product which can be consumed either hot or cold.
