Process
Starting with the finest quality lamb trim, we add a special selection of herbs and spices.

Shelf life
Ten days on lose pack carton provided the packaging is intact and the product is kept below 4°C. Once opened, the product should be consumed within five days.

Packaging
Lose packed in a food grade carton, 5kg unit

Cooking
This is a raw product and must be cooked. It is best served warm by lightly grilling.

Meat (70% min), water, soy protein, tapioca starch, salt, mineral salt (451), preservative (223), hydrolysed vegetable protein, herbs and spices. No gluten added.
