Process
We start with a fresh beef eye round and trim it to remove any fat. It is then cured overnight before being coated in a selection of spices and fully cooked and smoked to enhance the spicy flavour.

Shelf life
Six weeks on vacuum packaging provided the packaging is intact and the product is kept below 4°C. Once opened, the product should be consumed within five days.

Packaging
Vacuum packed in a food grade multi- layered shrink bag, random weights.

Cooking
This is a fully cooked product which can be consumed either hot or cold.

Ingredients
Beef (62%min), water, salt, mineral salts (451, 452, 450), dextrose, antioxidant (306, 316), preservative (223, 250), sugar, tapioca starch, dehydrated vegetable, spices, natural colour (160c), natural flavour, pepper. No gluten added.
