Description
• Appearance:       Golden brown surface with a pink moist interior.
• Aroma:                 Fully cooked coarse interior, mild flavoured, free of foreign odours or taints
• Texture:                Moist, firm, and smooth textured
• Compliance:       This product complies with Australian and New Zealand Food Standards Code

Process
Our hocks come from fresh pork legs which are then marinated for three days. The hocks are then smoked to enhance the flavour.  A popular winter favourite.

Shelf life
Six weeks on vacuum packaging provided the packaging is intact and the product is kept below 4°C. Once opened, the product should be consumed within five days.

Packaging
Loose in artificial casing, random weights.

Cooking
This is a fully cooked product which can be consumed either hot or cold.

Ingredients
Pork(75%min), water, salt, mineral salts (451, 452, 450), dextrose, antioxidant (316), preservative (250), sugar. No gluten added.
